Regular massage has been proven to decrease physical pain even when not on the table along with a whole host of additional benefits including stimulating increases in dopamine and saratonin levels, increased flexibility and movement as well as awareness of the chronic movements that may be causing those aches and pains.

Phoenix has an extensive knowledge of the structural anatomy of the body and its repair pathways including working with agonist & antagonist muscle structures and fascia release providing you with more space for the body to continue to heal itself when you get off the table. She artfully blends stretch techniques and trigger point work into a classic flow style massage listening to the bodies response to get just the right level of pressure for each individual.

She has worked with athletes who are in need of firm physical pressure to release deep set tension from over extension and activity as well as clients who are looking for lighter supportive work to help stimulate repair without the "post massage soreness" that often comes from deeper pressure work.

90-minute massage: $150
